YES! What a powerful, awesome voice! Even the most garbled, funny, bizarre lyrics sounded cool and oh so dramatic when Screamin’ Jay sang them. He could recite a grocery shopping list and make you laugh, cry and feel dirty at the same time. A real show-man. He wasn’t afraid of nonsense and humor. Surrealist Blues…
