Calling all musical maniacs!! The Mystic Knights Of The Mau-Mau are proud to announce a special surprise last minute installment in their CONGO MOMBO concert series, THIS SATURDAY NIGHT, MARCH 6 AT MID-CITY LANES ROCK ‘N’ BOWL!!!

The Scoop:
Get loaded on the low, low priced but fine, fine, fine Champagne Of Beers, Miller High Life, which was generous enough to help the Knights bolt on some extra entertainment to an already-stellar line-up of Eddie Bo and Snooks Eaglin.

The Stars:
New Orleans favorites Bo and Eaglin, deans of Crescent City blues, funk and rock ‘n’ roll that they are, may need no introduction but just WHO are these highly-lauded guests we’re soap-boxin’ about? None other than Guitar Gable’s Musical Kings with very special guest Li’l Bob on vocals! Bob will be singin’ all of the Gulf Coast classics that we know and love him for, including “Nobody But You,” “Kidnapper” and of course, the timeless party anthem “I Got Loaded.” It’s Lent, so there’s some serious doubt as to whether Bob will actually be imbibing himself but that’s no reason why you shouldn’t. The bottom line: whether you’re a teetotaler or a suds sipper, you won’t want to miss this show!

Get there early for Bob and Gable, as things get rolling at 9 p.m sharp!

Pre-show, post-show and in-between set entertainment will either be provided by DJs spinning the rarest and finest local wax or the Rock ‘n’ Bowl jukebox, depending upon what happens between now and then. Let yourself be surprised!
